The southern exterior façade of Alexander is also the ‘canvas’ for a spectacular piece of public artwork created by local Bidjigal/Eora elder and senior artist Aunty Esme Timbery and Wiradjuri/Kamilaroi artist Jonathan Jones, which speaks directly to the historical and cultural significance of this region.

The first 159 apartments, across two waterfront buildings, sold out within three-and-a-half hours of launch in August 2013.

In August 2013, Lend Lease launched the Alexander and Anadara buildings in Barangaroo South and saw the 159 apartments sell out within three-and-a-half hours of their release.

McGrath Edgecliff agent Richard Shalhoub has already sold two of these apartments and has another three on the market.

He said the resales had seen 25-35 per cent profits on the off-the-plan prices.
