Property Description
The Metro project was one of the first large scale residential buildings in the Green Square area to be built.
Sensing that South Sydney was going to be the next growth suburb, ARC Architects designed this complex with cutting edge features and interiors that would stand the test of time and be used as a benchmark for other residential developments in the area and beyond.

The complex consists of 282 apartments and had a gross realisation of $92 million.
