A collaborative effort between Lend Lease and the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority (SHFA), the A$500 million mixed use project includes a low rise campus-style commercial development (Commonwealth Bank Place) and a family and leisure precinct with retail and dining options, a new public park and carpark.
Darling Quarter reconnects the south end of Darling Harbour to the city, and Lend Lease has delivered an interactive work and play area for the local community, city workers and tourists.

The 64,000sqm Darling Quarter project provides an innovative mix of commercial and retail functions, children’s theatre, integrated public domain improvements and sustainable architecture to enliven the precinct.

The 6 Star Green Star (Office As Built v3) project delivers an international excellence benchmark in sustainability with an emphasis on people (particularly families and children) in combination with an increase to the area’s working population. The project is a truly mixed-use development, activating and animating the precinct throughout the working week, holidays and weekends.
