Founded in 1986 by John Wardle, the Melbourne-based design-intensive practice fosters a collaborative studio environment. It has a broad range of type and scale of project work, across three states, making them an unusual practice. Among their recent projects, completed or under construction, are single houses, apartment towers, university buildings, commercial office towers and office fit-outs ranging from $0.5m to $200m.

Their design expertise has been recognised with industry awards including many awards from Royal Australian Institute of Architects, among them Australia's most prestigious architectural prize: The Sir Zelman Cowen Award for Public Buildings.
